FabNodes wins Best Workshop at ROB|ARCH 2026

FabNodes: Detangling Dependencies received the Best Workshop award at ROB|ARCH 2026, Robots in Art, Architecture and Design, held at the Aarhus School of Architecture, Denmark, on August 24–28, 2026.

Taught by Luis Arturo Pacheco and Karl Singline, the three-day workshop treated every robot tool as its own networked device. Four teams built their own end effectors and drove two KUKA arms from Blender with Animaquina and MQTT: a gesture game, a handheld physical gizmo, a braille typewriter for clay, and a sensor that adapts toolpaths in real time.
